When I was younger I made up my own rating system. I would use it to describe how I felt, how my day was, etc. In this system, I took colours that I associated with different emotions and used them instead of numbers to rate things.  Yellow was the highest colour. I would use it to describe my day when it was perfect. Orange was the second highest, which I would use when my day was good but...
